Chalet Chef Cookery Course
Our Mountain Chef Course is perfect for those who already have a basic level of cooking ability but want to develop cullinary skills to work a ski season as a Chalet Host, Cook or Assistant. This cookery course will teach you all the cookery baiscs and how to prepare, present and serve gourmet cuisine with confidence. Included is a Level 2 Food Safety for Catering, Allergy Awareness, Menu Planning and help in finding a Seasonaire role. The fee for this course is £695.00.
