Mountain Chefs kitchens and facilities were established in the UK in 2008 to allow us deliver the best possible training to our students. We have created six bright, open-plan kitchens giving you maximum interaction with our Head Chef and allowing you to comfortably work alongside your fellow classmates. We have replicated the type of cooking facility you will find in most chalet kitchens but have also ensured we are able to provide open instruction and monitor all of the work you do.

Our Chalet Chef courses focus heavily on the practical experience of cooking. You won’t just “watch” someone cooking but will fully take part in the art of cooking everything yourself. Our Head Chef will assist you and answer your questions every step of the way.

Accommodation
Affordable accommodation is available in the local area within 2 to 5 miles of the cookery school. Weekly prices range from £100 – £200 per person per week for 4 nights stay.
