The
concept of Mountain Chefs started in 2005 when a number of high-end
ski companies recognised the need for properly trained, professional
Chalet Chefs and Hosts. Rachel started Mountain Chefs cookery
school to develop individuals to fill this market need. Our
courses are held in UK purpose built training facilities and
we focus on equipping people with the cookery skills they need
to work successfully as a Chalet Chef or Chalet Host. We are
the only cookery school offering an Advanced Chalet Chef course
to assist experienced chefs in developing their menus and budgeting
after working a few seasons or when entering their first role
as a senior Alpine chef. Mountain Chefs is proud to produce
the best staff for the best companies. Our aim is to give people
a fantastic lifetime skill and a great ski season job.
