dedicated to the creation of ski industry gourmet cuisine

We are based in the UK, just off Junction 14
of the M1 (Milton Keynes). We help you become the ski industry’s
best chalet chefs by actively working with you and the ski companies
– helping you become confident in the kitchen

Mountain Chefs offers chalet chef training that is thorough
and practical – teaching you the art of gourmet cooking
as well as how to run the perfect chalet. After completion of
our Chalet Chef course, your professional cooking skills will
give you more mountain hours and a more satisfying ski season.
At Mountain Chefs, you are taught by two qualified British Head
Chefs with 10 years Alpine cooking experience between them.
We work only with the top ski resorts in placing our chefs using
a unique and proactive placement process. If you successfully
pass our course, we guarantee you a ski season job and the cooking
skills to amaze your family and friends for the rest of your
life.
