Mountain Chefs instructors are qualified British Head Chefs with many seasons of Alpine cooking experience.  Mountain Chefs works only with selected ski companies in placing our students.  We use a unique, personal and proactive placement process.  Once you have signed up for the course, we will pass your CV on to relevant ski companies and write you a reference to assist you in finding a suitable ski season job.
